Building a site that works for everyone.
Our aim is a website that people using assistive technology — screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control — can use as easily as anyone else.
Our commitment
We aim for this website to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we expect to keep improving it over time.
Measures we've taken
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users
- Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site
- Minimum 44×44px touch targets on interactive controls, including the mobile menu
- Descriptive alt text on informational images
- Support for reduced-motion preferences — animations are minimized if your device requests it
- Text and background color combinations checked against WCAG contrast requirements
- Semantic heading structure and landmark regions to support screen-reader navigation
Known limitations
We're continuing to review the site's mobile navigation menu and downloadable PDF resources for full accessibility. Third-party links (such as Google Maps) are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, please let us know — we want to fix it. Contact us by phone or email below, and where possible we'll also try to help you access the information you need another way in the meantime.
