No Pressure
Not ready to schedule? That's normal.
If you just want answers before deciding anything, that's exactly what this page is for. No obligation, and you won't be put on a list.
Please don't send medical details by text or email — a secure visit is the right place for that.

What happens at the first appointment?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting approximately 60 minutes. It covers your current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, prior treatment, lifestyle factors, and personal goals so that a clear, individualized plan can begin to take shape.
Will I be put on medication?
Medication is one option among several — therapy referrals, behavioral strategies, sleep and lifestyle changes, and medical workup are all on the table, chosen based on your diagnosis, values, and goals.
Do you prescribe stimulants or benzodiazepines?
Schedule II controlled substances, including stimulant medications and benzodiazepines, are not currently offered, due to their extensive side effect and dependence profile. When a different level of care or treatment approach is needed, appropriate referrals are provided.
Can I be seen in Spanish?
