Cancellations and missed appointments.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and appointments not attended, are charged a $75 fee.

If something comes up — illness, an emergency, or something connected to what we're working on — tell me. I'd much rather reschedule you than charge you.

Initial evaluations are paid at the time of booking and refunded in full with 24 hours' notice.

For telehealth visits, I'll stay in the room for 15 minutes. Technology problems on either side are never charged — call or text (737) 365-5207 and we'll sort it out.
